MCCD Board Members

All Board Members have a passion to serve by helping those desiring assistance. Some of MCCD’s founders have started successful enterprises of their own, and they have helped a large number of entrepreneurs and “intrapreneurs” (innovators within large companies) launch new and exciting businesses covering many economic sectors.

John Forbis

Retired executive and consultant. Currently serving on the Estuary Transit District Board and Old Lyme Historic District Commission.

Mark K J Robinson

Mark has started two schools and served schools and parishes in the U.S., Newfoundland, Uganda, South Africa and others.

Gerald Guild

Gerry has a career in financial services covering the gamut of accounts from sales research and trading points of view.

Janet has been a Navy wife, business owner, dog trainer and long time volunteer.

BJ practiced law for 30 years, following shorter careers in business and teaching.

Frank has worked and owned a retail service business for more than 25 years.

Sydney M. Williams

Sydney spent forty-six years on Wall Street. For five years now he has written, “Thought of the Day” which discusses politics, the economy and markets.

Dennis Powers

Retired private equity, corporate executive, and management consultant. Avid sailor and serves on several Boards and MCCD.

Richard Jones

Dr. Jones practiced medicine in Hartford for thirty years. He was Chief of Staff at Hartford Hospital and Professor of OB/GYN at the UCONN School of Medicine.
